1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all bookings, services and agreements of The Center, a trade name of Groene Huis BV, located at Beekstraat 1, 9800 Deinze, Belgium (VAT BE1013815987).
2. Services
The Center offers the following services:
- Co-working: flexible workspaces with day, weekly and monthly passes
- Meeting rooms: conference rooms for half or full day
- Accommodation: overnight stays (B&B)
- Light therapy: sessions with advanced light and frequency therapy
- Packages: combined arrangements
3. Bookings and payments
- Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment via our online payment system (Mollie).
- All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
- Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
4. Cancellation and refunds
- Cancellation up to 48 hours before the booked service: full refund.
- Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before the service: 50% refund.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before the service: no refund.
- In case of no-show, the full amount will be charged.
5. Subscriptions and passes
- Subscriptions and co-working passes are automatically renewed unless cancelled in time.
- Cancellation is possible at any time; the subscription continues until the end of the current period.
- Unused sessions or days within a period are not carried over to the following period.
6. Liability
- The Center is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.
- Light therapy is a complementary therapy and does not replace medical advice or treatment.
- Participation in activities and use of facilities is at your own risk.
7. House rules
- We ask you to arrive on time for your booking.
- Please respect the peace and space of other guests and co-workers.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the building.
- Pets are not allowed unless arranged in advance.
8. Intellectual property
All content on our website (texts, images, logos, designs) is the property of Groene Huis BV and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the judicial district of Ghent.
